3. Services

3.1 Reservation and Consultation Services

We offer personalized apartment tours, market consultations, and booking assistance. You may reschedule services up to 48 hours before the appointment without penalty. If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

If a consultation or tour has been fully delivered, it is deemed completed and non-refundable. This policy ensures we allocate expert resources and schedule commitments appropriately.

3.2 Virtual Tours & Exclusive Access Services

Virtual tours and exclusive access arrangements are non-refundable once the virtual session has commenced. You may request to transfer the session to another date at least 72 hours prior, subject to availability.

4. Information Products

Our information products include market reports, e-guides, and digital blueprints. All digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase. As per industry standards, digital downloads cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded.

However, if you encounter technical issues preventing access, please contact us within 14 days of purchase for assistance or exchange. All refund or exchange requests for information products are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Physical Goods

We offer a curated line of luxury-branded merchandise. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return unused items within 30 days of receipt, in original packaging. Returns must be shipped at your expense to our Toronto office. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds are processed via the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to post the credit.

Service Transfer: When permitted above, transfers must be requested in writing via our contact form. We will confirm availability and update your appointment details accordingly.

Non-Refundable Services: Certain high-touch concierge services, including instant relocation arrangements and time-sensitive exclusive deals, are explicitly non-refundable due to vendor commitments. We uphold these terms to maintain premium standards and secure the best opportunities for all clients.
